Every year without fail, Prudential makes it a point to reward their agents that have performed exceptionally well in their business. For year 2011, Prudential wants nothing short of a prestigious night to celebrate the success of their agents and agencies! Komunikatin was honored to be appointed as the event management company to run the night for the Northern Region, celebrating the success for over 700 agents.

It was a night of glamour and class. Everyone was dressed in their best evening gowns and suits, looking exceptionally stylish for this very important and prestigious night. The night started on a high note with the entire hall, standing and singing to the Prudential song, setting a superb environment of pride and joy of being an agent of Prudential. Everything else during the dinner snowballed from there. The violinist and percussion duo and the act by the stand up comedian were nothing short of excellence. The highlight of the event was none other than the award presentation to the respective winners, where the winners were beaming with joy, receiving such prestigious awards.

Like other events, this event would not have been this successful if not for the backstage crews and the committee members working hard behind the scene; the sound and light crew, DJ, photographers and videographers. Thank you so much to all who have contributed to make yet another successful event!

Holding strong to the belief that the clients are one of the key component to the success of their business, Symantec has decided to organize a golf tournament as a means of building better relationship with their clients. The event was held at the Nilai Spring Golf and Country Club and we Komunikatin, an event management company from Penang, are contented to be given the opportunity to assist Symantec in organizing this tournament.

Invited guests started to register at the club at 6.30am where they were given an exclusive Symantec customized golfer’s T-shirt and a tube of golf balls to be used during the tournament. By 7.30am, the first flight teed off to nothing short of a great start. The weather was great and everyone was happy with the game. Golfing techniques and skills were exchanged during the tournament, where everyone was learning from each other, establishing a stronger relationship between the employees of Symantec and their clients. It was definitely a great session to socialize.

Golfers came back to the club house by noon, where lunch has been prepared to ease their hunger after such a long game. Prizes are given out to the winners of the tournament during the lunch event.

It was definitely a successful event, where the intention of Symantec to socialize better with their clients was achieved. It was definitely a joyful event.

The attendees were served with nothing short of great food, but most importantly, excellent tasting wines. Symantec thanked their clients for all of their support and gave their word for ensuring more good services and products in the future. Laughters were heard all through the night, with everyone heading home feeling all full, satisfied and happy.

Hosted by none other than renown emcee, Melvin Aeira, the dinner was lined up with remarkable events, from fashion shows, to karaoke singing competition, performances from their very own employees and stage games. Nonetheless, the highlight of the event would have to be the 2 guest artists that were invited to elevate the event to an all time high. The crowd went wild! Singing sensation, Dafi and Ezlynn blew the crowd away with their voices, performing their top hits and songs from their latest album. They even performed a duet together! It was like a mini concert of Dafi and Ezlynn, with fans standing right in front of the stage, singing and dancing along to the tunes serenaded by their idols.

The event was nothing short of total awesomeness. However, it would not have been this successful without the help of the backstage crew; the emcee, the sound and light crew, the management and committee members and all who have contributed to this event. Kudos to all, my friends.

All dressed up in Japanese traditional clothing, a total of 1200 guests were present  at the dinner to join in the celebration for this grandiose event. The crowd was entertained by traditional Japanese dances as well as Malaysia Muhibah dances. Driver of the event is none other than Malaysia’s renowned MC, Melvin Aeria, who successfully elevated the event to an absolute hype, with stage games, dances and the best dress competition. In addition to all the entertainments, employees who have serve the company for many years were given the recognition during the dinner.

First question – what are our services? Events, advertisings, web solutions, graphic and multimedias are some of the things we do. In the service that we provide, we are actually communicating to the audience, let it be the public or within an organisation. Because of that we came out with our name KOMUNIKATIN and if you replace ‘K’ with ‘C’ then it will read – communicating.

Why is it .IN not .COM or something else? Simple and clear – KOMUNIKAT.IN spells out our company name and we know people will remember it easier. Don’t you think so?
